Process
The coaching process can be compared to a well-planned journey...
This journey should lead to rich insights.
Above all, your own personal “destination” should also be reached.

How COACHING works
1
Preliminary talk
Where do you want to go? First we talk about your concerns or problems. During the preliminary discussion, goals can also already be defined.
2
Journey plan
Preparation of a rough plan. Travel guides and maps help with orientation. Duration of the trip (number of meetings, the setting, etc.) and possible stages are recorded.
3
The journey
Planning serves as a guide; now it's time to execute. Perhaps a path is blocked or previous results give cause for a change of route?
4
Goal achieved
Problem solved - and many new insights gained. That should be the result of every coaching session. Journeys change your perspective, hopefully the coaching has opened up new perspectives for you.

MAPPING
Relationships & Connections:
Mapping as a method for visual communication
When solving problems and answering questions, topics often need to be worked on in depth – because, as is well known, the devil is in the detail.
Bei der Lösung von Problemen und der Beantwortung von Fragestellungen müssen Themen häufig in der Tiefe bearbeitet werden –
denn der Teufel liegt bekanntermaßen im Detail.
Communication that is limited purely to language then quickly reaches its limits – and – the view of “the big picture” often comes up short. Relationships and connections are not considered and remain unclear. But this is often the key to the solution.
In my coachings I use all possibilities for visually supported exchange of ideas: from the conventional flipchart and set-up board to digital whiteboards and MAPPING. This means
that there are no limits to creative collaboration, even online. By the way: In my studio, professional image and sound quality are a matter of course.

HYBRID COACHING
How does business coaching work in-person, online and combined?
Until recently...
...coaching took place almost exclusively in-person. This required a lot of time and
resources.
What counts is trust!
Since the pandemic online coaching has become the norm. What counts is mutual TRUST - and that comes from good communication, authenticity and positive experiences - online as well as in-person.
Online has many advantages
You can attend coaching sessions independent of location, e.g. on business trips and spontaneously, e.g. because of current developments ... or simply from home in your
familiar environment.
In the international environment, online meetings and coaching sessions have been part of my daily business for many years and have proven to be extremely effective.
